Ivermectin and Fenbendazole
in Oncology

Social media is full of dose tables and short on sources. This e-book shows what science knows and what it does not yet know, teaches how to calculate the dose by weight and explains how to monitor safely, with the provenance next to every number.

  • Dose calculation by weight, step by step
  • Every number with a checked source
  • Monitoring and discontinuation criteria

A dose without a source
is a dose in the dark.

Anyone looking for information on ivermectin and fenbendazole finds ready-made tables, screenshots and regimens copied from forums. Almost none of it says where the number came from. These are six mistakes the e-book takes apart with sources, chapter by chapter.

  • 01Chapter 3

    The dose-by-stage chart

A chart circulates that links the dose to the cancer stage. No study chooses the dose this way, and the chart calls a "low dose, for prevention" what the ICONIC trial calls a high dose.

  • 02Chapter 9

1 gram is not 222 mg

The US sachet contains 1 gram of granules with 222 mg of fenbendazole. Anyone who reads "1 g" and measures out 1 gram of the drug overdoses by a factor of 4.5.

  • 03Chapter 3

    Studies already retracted

The 2025 case series and the 2026 cohort shared as proof were withdrawn by the very journals that published them. They keep circulating as if they still counted.

  • 04Chapter 3

    The clinical trial that wasn't

A document brought in by a patient cited two ivermectin trials in cancer. When checked in the registry, one was a health education program through soccer; the other, a hospital alert system.

  • 05Chapters 14 and 16

    The liver gives no warning

In a published report of severe liver injury, symptoms began 7 days after fenbendazole became daily. Without tests before starting and without a testing schedule, the problem shows up late.

  • 06Chapter 11

Animal medicine is not for people

Veterinary ivermectin is calibrated for animals weighing hundreds of kilograms, with vehicles not tested for human ingestion. It is not equivalent to the 6 mg or 3 mg pharmacy tablet.

The e-book does not decide anything for anyone. It moves the conversation with the health professional onto the ground of sources.

Part II · chapters 4 to 13

Dose calculation by weight, step by step

The whole calculation, no shortcuts: from the formula to the number of tablets.

  • The formula: weight × phase factor, rounded to one decimal place
  • The three-phase ramp-up, from 0.2 and 0.3 mg/kg to the target dose
  • The five target-dose levels, with what is known about each one in people
  • Conversion to 6 and 3 mg tablets and to the 100 mg/mL fenbendazole suspension
  • 4 worked examples, a reference table from 40 to 120 kg and exercises with answers

Every number with a checked source

Every clinical number comes with the article, the trial registration or the package insert it came from.

  • 30 articles indexed in PubMed, cited with PMID and link
  • The 2 clinical trials of ivermectin in cancer, checked on ClinicalTrials.gov
  • FDA-approved prescribing information and ANVISA's list of Brazilian Nonproprietary Names
  • Transparency notes where there is no source, instead of an invented number
  • Retracted publications identified, so they do not serve as support

Part III · chapters 14 to 16

Monitoring and discontinuation criteria

The e-book does not stop at the dose: it teaches what to monitor and when to stop.

  • 5 tests, with the frequency and management for each one
  • Liver schedule: before starting, week 4, week 6 and then every 8 weeks
  • 5 criteria for immediate discontinuation, with the plain-language version for the patient
  • The 3 safety alerts and when each one appears
  • 6 published reports on fenbendazole and the liver, summarized

67 pages in six parts.

From what science knows to the follow-up diary. Each chapter says, right below its title, who it was written for, and the technical ones include plain-language boxes.

Written for those who decide and those who follow closely.

Anyone can buy the e-book. What changes is the use: the professional decides, the patient talks with the person who decides.

Health professionals

Who follow patients interested in the repurposing of ivermectin and fenbendazole and need calculation, provenance and criteria.

  • The five target-dose levels with provenance, compared with the labeled dose, instead of a maximum tolerated dose scale that does not exist in this context
  • The two published weekly regimens, with the difference in weekly exposure made explicit
  • The dosage forms sold in Brazil: 6 and 3 mg tablets, the 100 mg/mL fenbendazole suspension and the 500 mg tablet
  • Monitoring table, discontinuation criteria and the 3 safety alerts, with the text of each one

Patients and caregivers

Who want to understand, with sources, what is being proposed, always with guidance from a health professional.

  • Plain-language boxes in the technical chapters
  • A whole part for you: frequently asked questions, a checklist before starting and common mistakes
  • A follow-up diary to print and bring to appointments
  • The warning signs that call for seeing the health professional or seeking urgent care

The e-book is not a prescription or a treatment plan and does not replace a consultation with a health professional.
